Eileen Duff was born and raised on the North Shore. She is active and well known in local communities. She has served as  a member of Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, which serves as their Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Beverly Chamber of Commerce and as the Secretary Treasurer of the Salem Enterprise Chapter of BNI.  In 2005 she was named one of the North Shore's Outstanding Business Women of the Year by her peers. She was Awarded the prestigious Keller Williams Culture Award for Leadership in 2006.  Eileen was the host and producer of the an Award Winning Business Show on local access television.  Currently she moderates a show on issues concerning aging and senior living.

She has a Master's Degree In Management with a Certificate in Organizational Development and a Doctorate degree in Ministry.  Before she moved home to sell Real Estate and be closer to family, she was a Presidential Appointee to The Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C. where she was awarded The Outstanding Service Award for "loyal and dedicated public service beyond the call of duty."  She brings that same drive for excellence to her profession.

She has worked as a general contractor restoring several homes including a rare Eastlake Victorian (circa 1890) in Salem.  Eileen enjoys gardening, boating along with her family and friends, roots heartily for the Red Sox, and occassionaly still finds a desert to cross, a mountain to climb and a sea to sail. Eileen chose to return to Massachusetts to be closer to her family, including her ninety-seven year old Grandmother whom she had the pleasure of caring for until her passing. Having explored five of the seven continents, she knows first hand how important a home is, and extends a true understanding and compassion to all of her clients.
